[仕事]The quality of coordinators

Since I joined the company, coordinators have changed in several times.
some of them left the company then new are coming..

So I think the quality of coordinator depends on how they communicate. For example if someone is not good at communication, they have to be more close to those people. if someone is really amazing at communication(too much friendly), they have to be more serious in front of them.

All I want to talk about coordinator is it is really tough job. it is not only following people has a responsibility and authority.

Plus I am really wondering the reason why the producer is ahead of coordinator??
Producers usually gathering the budget for something to be produced, but usually coordinator don't touch actual money, they usually coordinate artist schedule and keep log in a meeting.

Besides I start wondering what is the producer??
producer has to gather money but junior producer "coordinator" doesn't touch money. My opinion is far from the topic or crazy??

Sells assistant becomes a producer, that makes sense.
coordinator becomes a producer, doesn't.

This is a different Japan from oversea.
